Meetings are a usual situation at work, be it a meeting between you and your boss, or you and co-workers to discuss work matters. During meetings, it is important that you are able to communicate effectively and be able to share your opinion in a clear manner.
A : I have no idea how to meet this deadline!. We're in trouble.
B : Don't be such a pessimist. All we need to do is put our heads together and brainstrom.

Sample Sentence : Please take the minutes of the meeting this afternoon. It is important that all is recorded.
2. Meeting adjourned - the official end of a meeting or conference
Sample Sentence : If not one has anything else to add, meeting adjourned. Have a good weekend.
3. Agenda - a list of times to be discussed at a formal meeting.
Sample Sentence : Our agenda for today is the decrease in sales in the first quarter of 2014.
4. Designate - to appoint someone to a specified position
